Introduction
The Diploma in Ordained Ministry Leadership at Ebed-Melech University is designed for those called to pastoral leadership, preaching, and administrative service within faith-based communities. This 36-credit undergraduate credential builds upon foundational training and qualifies students for formal ordination through EMU’s Ministerial Council.
In addition to preparing students for ordination and the globally recognized Re-Forma Certificate of Ministry Competence, this program also serves as the second phase in the pathway toward the Bachelor of Ministry (B.Min.) degree. All credits earned in this diploma apply directly toward the 120-credit B.Min. program, allowing students to continue their theological education seamlessly.

The Diploma in Ordained Ministry Leadership at Ebed-Melech University equips emerging ministry leaders with the theological depth, ethical framework, and strategic skills needed to lead faith-based organizations with excellence. Students gain hands-on training in preaching, pastoral care, church operations, and live practicum experiences—meeting the global competency standards recognized by Re-Forma.
