We’re excited to have you join our community of faith-based practitioners. To get started, please select your desired certification program and complete the payment process using the PayPal buttons below. After your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation. You will then receive your login credentials within 1-2 business days, along with detailed instructions on how to access your course materials and begin your training.

Program Fees:

  • Certified Faith-Based Trauma Recovery Practitioner (CFTRP): $1,895
  • Certified Faith-Based Wellness and Lifestyle Practitioner (CFWLP): $1,895
  • Certified Faith-Based Family Dynamics and Relationship Practitioner (CFFDRP): $1,895
  • Trainer Module: $1,200 (Add-on to any certification program)
  • Annual Licensing Fee: $150 (Paid separately the following year before anniversary)
  • Trainer Annual Licensing Fee: $300 (Paid separately the following year before anniversary)

How It Works:

    Select the certification program or Trainer Module that best fits your goals. Each program is carefully designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to serve your community with faith-driven expertise.
  • Complete Your Payment
    Click the PayPal button next to your chosen program to complete your payment securely. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a team member will be in touch to provide you with next steps.
  • Receive Your Login Credentials
    Within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation, you will receive your login credentials and orientation information. You’ll have access to your student portal, course materials, and the support you need to succeed.

Pre-Class Payment Plan Option

At Ebed-Melech University, we offer a Pre-Class Payment Plan to give you the flexibility to pay your tuition in smaller increments before your course begins. This plan allows you to manage your payments and secure your place in the program without needing to pay the entire fee upfront.


How It Works:
Submit a Non-Refundable Deposit

Secure your spot by making a minimum deposit of $400. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your total tuition balance. Once the deposit is received, you’ll be provisionally enrolled in your chosen program.

Continue Making Payments
Make additional payments at any time using the PayPal button below. You can pay as little as $100 at a time until the balance is settled. This gives you flexibility while ensuring your spot in the upcoming class.

Pay Off Balance Before Class Start Date
Complete the remaining balance at least 3 days before the class starts to ensure full enrollment. If the balance is not paid off by the deadline, your spot will not be confirmed for the upcoming cohort, and any previously made payments will be held for future courses.

1. What is the accreditation status of Ebed-Melech University?

Ebed-Melech University is a faith-based institution licensed in the state of Florida. Our programs are designed to meet the needs of our faith-based community and reflect our commitment to providing high-quality religious education. As a religious institution, we operate under religious exemption status and are not currently accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

2. Are the credits earned at Ebed-Melech University transferable to other institutions?

Due to our current accreditation status, there is no guarantee that credits or certifications earned at Ebed-Melech University will be accepted or transferred to other accredited colleges or universities. It is important to consult with any institution you wish to transfer credits to in advance.

3. What certifications does Ebed-Melech University offer?

We offer several practitioner certifications, including:
– Certified Faith-Based Trauma Recovery Practitioner (CFTRP)
– Certified Faith-Based Wellness and Lifestyle Practitioner (CFWLP)
– Certified Faith-Based Family Dynamics and Relationship Practitioner (CFFDRP)

Each program is designed to equip students with practical and faith-based knowledge to serve in various ministry, wellness, and counseling capacities.

4. How long do the certification programs take to complete?

Our certification programs can typically be completed in 4-6 weeks, depending on your schedule and chosen pace. Each program is designed to provide comprehensive training and support for practical implementation in faith-based environments.

5. What if I need to withdraw or defer my enrollment?

If you need to withdraw or defer your enrollment, please reach out to our admissions team. Refund requests must be made before accessing any course materials. For all students, a $400 deposit is non-refundable regardless of the payment method or advance payments made. If you paid in advance, the $400 will be deducted from your refund, and no refunds will be issued after course materials have been accessed. Deferral to a future cohort is generally allowed if requested before the course start date.

6. Is financial aid available?

As a non-accredited, faith-based institution, Ebed-Melech University does not currently offer federal financial aid. However, we do provide flexible payment plans and occasional scholarships to help students manage their tuition costs. 7. What are the licensing and certification fees?

Each certification program has its own associated tuition and fees:
Program Fees: $1,895 for each certification
Trainer Module: $1,200 (add-on for existing certifications)
– Annual Practitioner Licensing Fee: $150 (for maintaining active status)
Note: Trainers must pay a $300 annual licensing fee and a $99 student registration fee per certified student.

8. Will I receive a certificate upon completion?

Yes, upon successful completion of the program and full payment of all associated fees, you will receive a digital certificate of completion for your chosen certification. Physical certificates are available upon request for an additional fee.

9. What does the certification allow me to do?

Ebed-Melech University’s certifications are designed to enhance your skills and qualifications for faith-based roles, such as ministry work, wellness coaching, and spiritual support. These certifications demonstrate your knowledge and commitment to faith-based service, but do not replace state-licensed credentials for regulated fields like professional counseling or healthcare.
You may use your certification to offer workshops, training, coaching, or wellness support in accordance with your state’s guidelines for religious and faith-based services.

10. Are there any disclaimers I should be aware of?

Yes, please note the following:
Accreditation Disclaimer: Ebed-Melech University is not accredited by any regional or national accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
No Guarantee of Credit Transfer: Credits and certifications from Ebed-Melech University may not be recognized by other institutions. It is the student’s responsibility to verify the acceptance of credits with any institution they may want to transfer to.
Licensing and Practice Disclaimer: Our certifications are designed for faith-based roles and do not qualify as professional licenses for counseling, therapy, or medical practice.
Refund Disclaimer: A $400 non-refundable deposit is required for all students, and no refunds will be issued after course materials have been accessed. If a refund is requested before accessing materials, $400 of the program fee and the deposit will not be refunded.

13. How can I maintain my certification and active status?

To maintain your certification and active status, you must pay an annual licensing fee of $150. If you are a Trainer, the licensing fee is $300. This fee ensures you remain listed in our practitioner network and continue to receive access to resources, updates, and ongoing support.
