Advisory Board members support EMU by offering perspective, expertise, relationships, and thoughtful counsel. Their work strengthens institutional development without replacing the authority of University administration.

Clear counsel. Clear institutional authority.

The Ebed-Melech University Advisory Board serves in a non-governing advisory capacity. Members provide insight, recommendations, professional expertise, and mission support, but they do not exercise institutional governance or direct the University’s daily operations.

Administrative and operational authority remains with the Office of the President and the University’s executive and academic leadership structure.

No Operational Authority Board members do not manage University departments, employees, or day-to-day operations.

No Financial Voting Authority Advisors do not vote on budgets, financial commitments, or institutional expenditures.

Advisory Recommendations Members may offer recommendations, perspective, and subject-matter guidance to leadership.

Mission Ambassadors Members may strengthen relationships, visibility, partnerships, and community connection.
