Ebed-Melech University is proud to announce the renewal of its religious exemption status in the State of Florida, operating under Florida Statute 1005.06(1)(f). This renewal affirms our ongoing commitment to faith-based academic excellence and allows us to continue offering degree programs designed to prepare students for religious vocations and service.
As a university rooted in biblical principles and guided by our mission to uplift communities through education, this exemption status enables Ebed-Melech to remain focused on delivering spiritually integrated, purpose-driven learning experiences.
In tandem with this milestone, Vice President Kevin Kemp is actively leading the university’s strategic initiative to secure global accreditation by 2026. His leadership reflects our desire to expand international partnerships, elevate academic standards, and open doors for our students across the world.
“We’re not just building a university—we’re building a legacy that reflects Kingdom values on a global scale,” said VP Kemp.
Ebed-Melech’s future is focused on expanding academic influence while staying true to its spiritual foundation. The road to global accreditation will include collaborations with faith-aligned accrediting bodies and continued innovation in academic delivery.
We remain deeply grateful to our students, faculty, and supporters who walk with us on this transformative journey. Stay connected as we grow—locally rooted, globally reaching.
