EMU Congratulates COO Frank Koomson on IRB Approval to Lead Case Study on University’s Formation as Part of Walden University Consulting Agreement

COO Frank Koomson, MBA, PMP, leading an IRB-approved case study on the formation and operations of Ebed-Melech University as part of the Walden University DBA consulting program.

St. Petersburg, FL – Ebed-Melech University is proud to announce that Frank Koomson, MBA, PMP, Chief Operating Officer at Benevolence Health Centers, has received Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval to conduct a case study on the university’s operations and funding strategies. As part of Walden University’s Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program, Frank will serve as a scholar-consultant, focusing on strategies to grow Ebed-Melech University and its nonprofit arm, the Ebed-Melech Foundation.

With over 11 years of experience as COO at Benevolence Health Centers in Los Angeles County, California, and holding both an MBA and PMP certification, Frank brings exceptional expertise in business operations, funding acquisition, and resource development. His work at Ebed-Melech University will emphasize consulting on strategies to secure resources and develop funding pathways for the Ebed-Melech Foundation, which supports scholarships and educational initiatives.

As part of Walden University’s DBA Consulting Capstone, Frank will work closely with the leadership of Ebed-Melech University to conduct research and provide actionable recommendations. His focus will be on improving operational efficiency, enhancing funding opportunities, and contributing to the university’s strategic growth and sustainability. This partnership aligns with Ebed-Melech University’s mission to drive positive social change through education.
